Almost nothing is known about the so-called "Pilots" or "Space Jockeys" that appeared in the first Alien movie. I figured it was only fair to dedicate a page to them as well since they seem to be a huge link to where the aliens first came from.

There is basically no solid information on these guys. The two most common theories seem to be that they are either pilots on interstellar freight ships and that the alien eggs simply was their cargo, or that they bred and/or genetically engineered the aliens themselves for some purpose. One thought on their use, if this theory is true, is biological warfare.
